Final conference of the project Cross-Border Regional Creative Business Networking (CB NET), co- funded through the Interreg IPA Cross-border Cooperation Programme Croatia-Serbia 2014-2020, was held in the Great Hall of the Assembly of AP Vojvodina on 30 March 2022.
The purpose of the Conference was to present the results achieved during the project.
The conference was opened by the Provincial Secretary for Economy and Tourism Dr. Nenad Ivanišević, emphasizing that the participation of the Secretariat in this project is very important, both for the Provincial Secretariat and for the Province. The project activities of the Secretariat, within which an important item is the preparation of project-technical documentation for the construction of Creative Hub, were presented by the Assistant Manager Milan Iličić.
The project manager Jelena Simunić Iljkov and the project coordinator Tatjana Čepo, on behalf of the leading partner Business Incubator BIOS ltd., expressed satisfaction with the successful project results and pointed out that the project resulted in the establishment of a cross-border ICT network consisting of experts and entrepreneurs from the ICT sector and creative industry, the establishment of a network of mentors and the creating of Innovative Services – Skills for cross-border ICT companies.
Director of the Business Incubator Novi Sad Đorđe Čelić, PhD and the Assistant Head of the City of Osijek Sanela Mihalj presented the activities carried out within the project, emphasizing the excellent cooperation and the desire to continue further cooperation.
The conference participants discussed in a round table with the participation of representatives of the creative industry and the media about prospects and challenges of cooperation in sectors, such as the creative industry and the video game industry. Some of the speakers of the Round Table were: Branimir Cigale – CEO POSH 33, Dimitrije Ostojić – Default design doo, Vlada Kovač – DigiTalk.rs, Vukašin Stojanović – Head of accounts and Silvia Drča – Quality manager.
